When am I required to pay for the Arty Party?
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking.
The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the Arty Party date.
How do I decide how long of a session to pick?
All of the arty activities were originally designed for a 2 hour session but we can tailor them to be shorter.
Tie dye or indigo can easily take a minimum of 3 hours to complete. Each participant may bring white 100% cotton items to dye.
Calligraphy and caricature learners might also benefit from a 2 hour session.
Can I extend the Arty Party if the group needs more time and is wanting to continue?
Yes, you may extend the session by one hour by paying a fee for additional hour ($33 plus tax). This is only possible if there is no party scheduled within 2 hours of your event.
Do I need to provide any art supplies for my Arty Party?
We will provide all art tools and supplies needed for the chosen activity, including clean up materials.
Please provide a clean table (tablecloth optional) and chairs for each arty party leader/s and participants.
For certain activities such as tie dye and indigo, an outdoor space and sink is required.
